Badgeville for Yammer

Badgeville for Yammer enables companies to measure, influence, and reward key user behaviors in their enterprise applications, and publish them into Yammer’s Activity Stream as contextually relevant updates. By surfacing employee rewards and reputation in front of the right people, it motivates employees to utilize their work tools more effectively and move the needle on key business processes.

How It Works:

• Using the Behavior Engine, the core technology of The Behavior Platform, Badgeville customers identify key user behaviors in their enterprise applications, and assign rewards for those specific behaviors. A reward can have whatever description or status a company chooses, and can support a network-wide reputation system.
   
• Leveraging the Badgeville Connector, which can be configured by clicking on on the Badgeville icon in the Yammer App Store, you can then publish specific rewards into the Yammer Activity Stream and Activity Stream Ticker.
   
• Inside Yammer, people can visualize the reward or achievement, discuss it with colleagues, and encourage others to perform similar, desirable behaviors.
