He is dedicated to helping brands on the web increase user engagement by leveraging proven techniques in social gaming and loyalty. A sought-after speaker on gamification, analytics and user engagement, Kris is a thought leader of innovative ways to incorporate game mechanics and social loyalty programs into web and mobile experiences. Prior to founding Badgeville, Duggan worked in leadership roles at a variety of successful companies, including WebEx, and across a wide variety of verticals.

Wedge Martin,

Wedge has over 17 years of experience in large enterprise development, network design and operations. At Shopping.com and Epinions.com, the pioneers of online reputation and status, Wedge led operations through the company's IPO and acquisition by eBay. In addition to his deep experience in web services and operations, Martin developed web-based solutions for IBM's tier 1 customers and is currently responsible for the architecture and operations of Badgeville.

Kevin Akeroyd,

Kevin is an experienced veteran of field operations and enterprise software, including leadership roles across sales, marketing and business development. He joins Badgeville directly from Salesforce.com, where he managed operations, revenue, marketing alliances, and all client and community facing services for Jigsaw. Prior to Jigsaw, he held general management positions at large public companies such as Acxiom Digital (previously Digital Impact) and RR Donnelley & Sons Company. He also held President and CEO positions at several start-ups, including Gallery Player, Inc. and The Loan Page, Inc. Kevin is an alumnus of the EPSO program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Catherine Blackmore,
VP of Account Management

Catherine has 20 years of account management experience in technology, marketing services, and food industries. She has spent the majority of her career helping a diverse list of clients from small businesses to F100 clients achieve success as well as significant return on investment. Catherine joins Badgeville from Salesforce.com where she was VP of Customer Success for Data.com, responsible for the on-boarding, support, training, management and renewal of all customers. Prior to Salesforce, Catherine held a number of senior leadership positions, including VP of Customer Success at Jigsaw.com, VP of Client Services at Banner Retail Marketing, and Director of Sales for the Kellogg Company.

Steve Sims,

Steve has 20 years of experience in game development and production for web, mobile, console and PC systems. He started his gaming career at Electronics Arts and EA Online where he was an Executive Producer and responsible for Madden NFL Football, the #1 selling sports video game franchise in North America, and EA's earliest forays into the online space including Fantasy Sports and Casual Games. He has worked in the gaming industry since with notable roles including Director of Operations at Gemini Mobile Technologies and Vice President of Product Management and Service Operations at Outspark.

Raymond Lim,

Raymond Lim has more than 20 years of experience executing business and financial strategies that have successfully grown and scaled several technology startup companies. Raymond was recently the Vice President of Finance for CrowdFlower, which runs a crowdsourcing platform for Labor-on-Demand. He was responsible for the performance of CrowdFlower's finance, accounting, HR, and legal functions. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Finance for Jigsaw, where he readied the company for its $175 million acquisition by Salesforce.com. Before Jigsaw, Lim led the G&A and Hosted Services functions at ECbridges, a software company specialized in e-commerce systems for enterprise clients. Earlier in his career, Lim held various management positions at Compuware where he ran several product engineering and integration teams.
